After-Hour Drop Off: We have a safe and convenient “DropBox” you can drop your equipment in after hours. This box is located at the far right of our building. If the drop box is full you are responsible for the equipment. Do NOT leave the equipment outside of the drop box. You may return the following morning by 10:00 am. Rentals must be returned by the due date and time, or late fees apply. The customer is responsible for all equipment rented and any equipment not returned will be charged at full retail value.

Deposits
All-season rentals will receive a refund in the form of a check if returned by April 15.
If returned after April 15 & before May 15, half of the deposit will be returned.
After May 15, no refund of the deposit.
If returning rentals, and we are closed please use the drop box at the end of the rental shop and we will process a check for your deposit and mail it to you.
